The National Superintendency of Public Registries (Sunarp), reported that, from this Wednesday, January 12, all citizens nationwide will be able to electronically submit applications for the registration of certain acts related to the records of estates, vehicular ownership Y legal persons through the Digital Intermediation System (SID-Sunarp).
This technological platform allows the registration procedure to be carried out electronically, provided that these registrations are supported by existing archived titles in the Sunarp.
According to Resolution No. 001-2022-SUNARP / SN published in the official newspaper El Peruano this January 8, interested parties may submit applications for estates, which imply transfer of property by intestate succession or by extension of will, adjudication of assets as a result of the substitution of the patrimonial regime, divorce, or the cessation of the de facto union, and change of name or company name of legal person owner.
Meanwhile, in the registry of Vehicle Property The electronic registration of the following acts may be requested: award of assets as a consequence of the substitution of the patrimonial regime, of divorce, or of the cessation of the de facto union, and change of name or company name of the legal entity that owns it.
Likewise, in the Registry of Legal Persons the registration of the following acts may be requested: transfer of the right of the holder by succession in Individual Limited Liability Company (EIRL) and transfer of shares by succession in Limited Liability Company (SRL).
The resolution specified that the registration of the acts detailed above will be based, in all cases, on registrations previously made in other registries in charge of the Sunarp; therefore, in the application submitted, the registration number and registry office must be indicated, specifying; if applicable, the archived title or registration entry to which it is being referred, in accordance with current regulations.
