Last Thursday the Social Health Insurance (EsSalud) enabled the virtual platform for formal workers in the private sector to consult if they are entitled to the extraordinary bonus of S / 210 that the Government will grant to support employees with less income.
Although it is still unknown when the payment will begin, the Minister of Labor and Employment Promotion, Betssy Chávez, recalled that the disbursement of this financial support may be made until March 31, as established by Urgency Decree No. 105-2021 published in November 2021.
“The register has already been approved from the Work portfolio, so I ask for patience because the bond is paid out until March 31,” he mentioned.
It should be noted that the subsidy will benefit a total of 2,600,000 workers in the private sector, as well as 250,000 in the public sector. The payment has already been made to this last group, according to the Minister of Labor.
Requirements
Workers must receive a gross monthly income less than or equal to S / 2,000. Likewise, they must work and be registered, with the DNI, in the electronic worksheet of an employer in the months of July, August or September 2021.
In addition, they must not belong to the labor training modalities or be pensioners.
Finally, the payment will be made through EsSalud. The delivery will be through Banco de la Nación, as well as all other companies in the financial system and electronic money companies in the country.
