  • The bank also created a new user experience through its ATM navigation journey.

AUGUST

  • Presented Virtual Key for companies, this option is a digital security device that generates single-use, unique and unrepeatable keys to confirm transactions easily and quickly.

SEPTEMBER

  • Launches Help Portal, a place where customers can find all the information they are looking for about the products and services of Banco Bolivariano.

OCTOBER

  • It opens the AulaBB community, a space of its Financial Education Program, where clients and users can access e-book downloads, advice and financial talks.

NOVEMBER

  • Banco Bolivariano sponsored the Open for Business Ecuador event.
  • It signed an agreement with the IDB to encourage the development of eco-friendly projects through green loans.
