The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) approved the second call of the year for the granting of the Housing lease bonus For emergencies (BAE). This measure seeks to support families affected by intense rainfall in the departments of AmazonApurímac, Cajamarca and Pasco.
Through Ministerial Resolution No. 056-2025-Vivienda, the MVCS has arranged the Delivery of 40 bonds of S/500 per month, for a maximum period of up to two years, to the same number of families whose homes have been declared collapsed or uninhabitable.
The beneficiary districts include the sin (Amazon), Santa María de Chicmo (Apurímac), Cortegana, San José del Alto and Santa Rosa (Cajamarca), and tapuc (Pasco).
EMERGENCIES BONO: WHAT DOCUMENTS TO PRESENT
The potential beneficiaries may submit their requests and documents in the municipalities of its districts or in the centers of attention to the citizen of the MVCS in each department. The documents to be presented must have the signature of the family group representative. These are:
- Application for granting of the Housing lease bonus For emergencies.
- Affidavit of not having housing other than the collapsed or uninhabitable located in the Department of Origin (Amazonas, Apurímac, Cajamarca or Pasco, as appropriate)
- Lease contract of the dwellingsigned with the landlord with legalized signatures before the Justice of the Peace or Public Notary. If necessary, the affidavit of the signs of the aforementioned contract, declaring the economic impediment for the legalization of signatures.
Emergency bonus is a temporary help mechanism aimed at affected families by natural or induced disasters by human action, which allows them to access a rental house while the affected areas are rehabilitated.
The list of beneficiaries will be published in the digital venues of the Ministry of Housing and from the background my home, as well as in the municipal premises of the affected areas.
