Difference between holiday and non-working day

The holiday is a day of rest for the worker that must be paid by the employer with the ordinary remuneration of the working day. On the other hand, non-working days are usually declared by infra-legal regulations as supreme decrees. These are days of rest that must be compensated by the worker, after agreement with the employer.
