The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) He has announced the opening of the first call of the own ceiling program, which will allow 26,604 Peruvian families to access the bonus to make the dream of the house with the support of the State come true.

In this edition, they are contemplated seven regions that will receive an additional bonuswith the aim of guaranteeing greater coverage and supporting the construction of housing in remote areas and difficult to access.

Additional Bono of Own Ceiling: Benefted regions and established amounts

The regions that will receive an additional bonus are Amazonas, Apurímac, Cusco, Huánuco, Mother of God, Pasco and Puno.

  • In Amazonas, the amount will be S/ 37,557.
  • In Apurímac and Cusco, from S/ 36,915
  • In Huánuco and Pasco, of S/ 37,236.
  • In Madre de Dios, the bonus will reach S/ 38,520.
  • While in Puno, it will be S/ 36,915.

Those interested in benefiting from this support must enter the official portal of the own ceiling program, www.mivivienda.com.pe, where they can download and complete the registration form. As of February 18, applicants must sign this form and present it to a technical entity of their choice, which will be authorized by the Mivivienda background.

Requirements to access the additional roof bonus

To be able to postulate, family groups must meet several requirements.

  • First, they must have an independent land or airs, which must be properly registered in public records and not present loads or levies.
  • In addition, applicants should not be owners of another home or land in the country and must have a monthly family income that does not exceed S/ 2,706.
  • They must also have a minimum savings of S/ 2,407.50 and have not received prior state housing support.
