It is estimated that there are around 400 real estate agencies operating in Lima. However, in the last two years, only 41 have had their clients’ satisfaction assessed by an external body and, of these, only 20 managed to exceed the satisfaction standard necessary to achieve a quality certification, according to Cinthia Pasache, commercial manager of Best Place to Live.

“We know that each project represents a challenge, so real estate agencies must constantly be under evaluation so that we can analyze that they have not lowered their standard. This is crucial, since 42% of brand recommendation is based on customer shopping experience”, explains Pasache.

He also highlights that the focus is not only on the sale of the homes but on the entire customer journey. This includes sales management, delivery, product, after-sales and common areas.

The evaluation process in terms of customer satisfaction is carried out in Peru by Inteligencia y Data Capeco, a company formed by the Peruvian Chamber of Construction and TGA, a Chilean Proptech that also operates in countries such as Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Ecuador.

This is how we see that the development of the sector gives rise to new companies that seek to adapt to the needs of the market as well as democratize information in the real estate sector to provide visibility to companies that excel in their practices. This, in addition to promoting competition, is an opportunity to innovate services and quality standards.
