All about Fonavi lists 21 and 22: these are their beneficiaries, dates and how to claim your money

The return of contributions from the defunct National Housing Fund (Fonavi) has meant significant economic relief for many former taxpayers. Since April, payments have begun to be made to the Refund Group 1However, attention is now also focused on the lists 21 and 22which bring together thousands of FONAVISTAS waiting to receive their contributions.

Jorge Milla, member of the Ad Hoc Commission On behalf of the National Federation of Fonavistas and Pensioners of Peru (Fenaf Peru), we provide crucial information about these processes for Fonavistas who have not yet benefited. In this article, we explain in detail who the beneficiaries of these lists are and how they can claim their money.

Fonavi List 21 Refund: Who are the beneficiaries and payment date?

List 21 of Fonavi is intended for those Fonavistas who have not received any payment until now due to the lack of accreditation of their contributions. According to Jorge Milla, the information to prepare this list comes from the Office of Pension Normalization (ONP), from the FONAVISTAS themselves who provide data on their contributions or the period in which they worked, and from the employers.

Milla announced that list 21 is currently being worked on and payments are expected to be made around two months after the Refund 2, that is, in October or November.

Fonavi List 22: these are the beneficiaries

List 22 of Fonavi is also highly anticipated by many former contributors. It will be formed as contributions from more Fonavi contributors are accredited. “The List 21 “It includes the FONAVISTAS who managed to prove their contributions up to the time of the cut-off. Subsequently, the payment is made to these FONAVISTAS. However, we hope that more FONAVISTAS continue to present information, and with these people the group 22 will be formed,” said Milla.

Currently, around 700,000 FONAVISTA members are in the process of being verified to receive their contributions. Milla mentioned that it is likely that List 21 will not cover all of these cases, so they will continue on List 22 and possibly on a List 23.
