During her trip to China, President Dina Boluarte referred to this new project, saying that an assembly plant for electric vehicles could be installed.
“Hopefully, an electric vehicle assembly plant can be installed there, given the interest of both Peru and China in protecting the environment. In our country we have copper and lithium,” Boluarte said.
