Urgent Decree No. 114-2021, specifies that the financial delivery is not of a compensatory or reparative nature. “This benefit has no implication in the determination of eventual administrative, civil and / or criminal responsibilities of the personnel of the National Police of Peru who participated in the mobilizations carried out between November 10 and 14, December 1 and 3 and 20 and December 30, 2020 ″, he says.
The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Minjusdh) will be the entity in charge of delivering, one time only, the amount of S / 40,000, for financial support for each deceased person. As well as S / 15,000, S / 25,000 and S / 40,000, as appropriate, to each person seriously injured in the 2020 protests. The Technical Secretariat of the Multisectoral Commission will be in charge of determining the amount that corresponds to each one.
Finally, the norm specifies that exceptional economic support is financed from the institutional budget for Fiscal Year 2021 of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, without demanding additional resources from the Public Treasury.
