More than 40,000 withdrawal requests from private pension funds were registered this Thursday, June 27, through the portal solicitetiroafp.pe, as reported by the AFP Association on its social networks. So far, members whose last digit of their ID is from 1 to 8 have completed this free and digital procedure, meeting the three dates of the official schedule.
However, there are still a large number of citizens who have not registered their request and some problems have arisen during this process, as well as when following up on the disbursement request. Faced with this situation, the AFP Association offers some solutions to resolve these common mistakes that affiliates make.
How to solve the error message to follow your AFP withdrawal request?
Around 3.5 million AFP members have registered their withdrawal request through virtual means and since June 13, the four administrators have been disbursing these resources. However, this process is not free of problems and complaints from users, who often report these situations on social networks.
They warn that when they try to make their request effective within the schedule established by the AFP Association or when they want to follow up on their disbursement request of up to S/20,600, the following message appears: “At this time we cannot make your query or transaction”.
To resolve this issue and prevent this message from interrupting the registration process, the AFP Association provides some recommendations that we show you below:
- Register from another device such as a cell phone, laptop or different PC.
- Try using another browser like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or another one.
- Before entering, clear your browsing history and cookies. Also, you can uninstall any ad blocker.

Last dates to register your AFP withdrawal request
On June 18, the third opportunity to request the withdrawal of AFP funds. To date, members with an ID ending in the digits 1 to 8 have completed this process, while those with an ID ending in 9, 0 or another symbol are pending. Before the free period begins, check these dates:
- If your ID ends in 9, register your application on June 28.
- If your ID ends in 0, a letter or another symbol, please register your application on July 1.
AFP Withdrawal 2024: check the message that must appear to follow the deposit
In case you have not yet received the first deposit of 1 UIT in your account, we show you how to track your process. Below, find out how to keep track of the status of your application, find out the deadline in which you will receive payment, and view the messages that will appear to monitor this process.
- Status of charge made: This means that the deposit of your first UIT has already been deducted from your individual capitalization account. To verify this, you can enter the website of the AFP to which you are affiliated. In addition, when this message appears, you will be informed that in the following three days, the payment will be made to the account you registered.
- Entered status: If you successfully register your AFP withdrawal request, you will receive this indication and you will be able to know the number of your order, as well as the date you placed it.
- Paid Status: This message will appear if you have already been paid your first deposit of 1 UIT, which is equivalent to S/5,150.
