Among the assets to be auctioned are four commercial premises in La Victoria, of which, three of them have a base price of S/50,652 and one with S/60,609. In addition to them, there are two houses located in San Miguel and one in San Luis, whose base costs are S/725,121, S/925,596 and S/1 million 98,628, respectively.

Likewise, an office located in Miraflores will be auctioned with a price of S/412,275 and two apartments in the same district, valued at S/1 million 33,013 and S/510,433. Finally, 34 lots of plywood will be auctioned and will be purchased by the bidder who makes the best offer, to which the General Sales Tax (IGV) must be added.
