This approval modifies article 3 of Legislative Decree 943, Law of the Single Taxpayer Registry. Therefore, the obligation to present the RUC number was eliminated when specifying a service that uses digital virtual commerce platforms, advertising emails, mobile applications and more.

Norma must be published in El Peruano
