In the first publication of the list of the main taxpayers with the highest tax debt payable in coercive collection, the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) reported about 1,200 debtors nationwide with debts greater than 10 UIT (S/51,500) . The total exceeds S/3,400 million.
It is important to highlight that The taxpayers included in the publication are in coercive collection processesafter the tax administration exhausted all possible avenues to demand payment of its debts.
Likewise, it is the agro-industrial companies that carry the greatest debts. This is the case of Agropucala, the agroindustrial company Pomalca, the sugar agricultural company Andahuasi, among others.
This publication will be made in accordance with the provisions of article 85 of the Tax Code, considering that this information is not protected by the tax reserve. Along these lines, the list, together with its legal representatives declared in the RUC, will be shared periodically with the purpose of promoting voluntary payment with the modalities and services offered and thus recovering what is owed.
