The withdrawal process from private pension funds continues this Monday, June 10. This time, it is the turn of AFP members whose DNI ends in 8, who will be able to register their disbursement requests of up to 4 UIT (S/20,600) through the website solicitetiroafp.pe, from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

However, this procedure is not free of inconveniences that are often reported on social networks. One of the most common is the message that appears to citizens, stating that “at this time the consultation or transaction cannot be carried out.” To resolve this unfortunate situation and ensure correct registration, the AFP Association issued a series of guidelines.

Last Thursday, June 6, more than 95,000 AFP withdrawal requests were registered, according to the publication made by the AFP Association in its X account. However, said entity also responded to a series of messages from affiliates, in which they evidence your discomfort at not being able to enter your request successfully.

“I can’t register, when will it be solved?”, “It doesn’t work”, “8:12 and your app doesn’t work”, are some of the complaints expressed by affiliates on social networks when trying to complete their procedure on the page website https://www.solicitaretiroafp.pe/bienvenido. Faced with this type of reports, the AFP Association recommends the following:

  • Try from Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • Before entering, clear your browsing history and cookies.
  • Register from another device such as a cell phone, laptop or different PC.

The registration process for AFP withdrawal requests began on Monday, May 20, with members whose ID ends in 1. After them, citizens who have an identity document whose last digit is 2,3,4 carried out this same procedure. and 5. Only those members whose ID ends in 8, 9 and 0 remain. Once this first stage is completed, from June 18, a third opportunity will be effective for those who were not able to complete this procedure on the first dates. Below, find out the official schedule published by the AFP Association:

  • If your ID ends in 8, register your withdrawal request on June 10 and 11, and June 27.
  • If your ID ends in 9, register your withdrawal request on June 12 and 13, and June 28.
  • If your ID ends in 0, letter or other, register your withdrawal request on June 14 and 17, and July 1.
  • If your ID ends in 1, register your application on June 18.
  • If your ID ends in 2, register your application on June 19.
  • If your ID ends in 3, register your application on June 20.
  • If your ID ends in 4, register your application on June 21.
  • If your ID ends in 5, register your application on June 24.
  • If your ID ends in 6, register your application on June 25.
  • If your ID ends in 7, register your application on June 26.

What happens if I don’t register my application on the indicated date?

According to the calendar released by the AFP Association, members who could not request their withdrawal within the established deadlines will have the opportunity to do so from Tuesday, July 2 to Saturday, August 17. The hours to carry out this procedure are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, except holidays.
