The Pension Normalization Office (ONP) offers its members an effective tool for consulting contributions through its virtual platform. This service allows retirees and active workers to access this information quickly and securely, using only their DNI number and a personal password.
As is public knowledge, the ONP administers the state pension security of our country, is attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and manages pensions from contributions to the national system (Decree Law 19990). ONP: how do I know the amount of my contributions with DNI?
If you are a member of the National Pension System, you can review the account statement of your contributions through the ONP’s online platform, as established by Legislative Decree No. 19990. Just follow these steps:
- Click on this LINK and select the option ‘Go to the service’ or ‘Check your contributions’.
- After that, you will be redirected to a new tab called ‘Your ONP safe zone’.
- You will have two options to enter: if you are the owner or if you are a proxy, select within the system which of the two you belong to.
- In the options, you can enter using your DNI, immigration card, PTP or passport.
- Below, enter the number of the document you selected and write your virtual key.
- Click ‘enter’ and you will be able to see your contributions and other details.
If you do not have the ‘Virtual Key’, you can generate it directly on the platform. To do this, you must look for the ‘I want my virtual key’ option and follow this procedure:
- Within the website, choose the type of document.
- Enter your ID number, parent’s name, mobile phone number, and email address (make sure it’s active).
- Confirm your authorization to create the virtual password.
- Then, follow the corresponding instructions. Please note that the virtual password will be required to access your contributions electronically (it is recommended to write it down in a safe place).
Additionally, on the main website you have the option to change your virtual password in case you have forgotten it. If you need more help, we recommend that you go to the ONP offices or call the number (01) 634-2222 between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

ONP: what is the pension payment schedule?
The Pension Normalization Office (ONP) has planned to pay pensions to more than 752,000 retirees from the various regimes it administers, from Monday, June 10 to Thursday, June 13. According to the official calendar of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the first to receive this payment will be the pensioners of Decree Law 19990, following the alphabetical order of the first letter of their paternal surname.
- Surnames that start with the letters AC: Monday June 10.
- Surnames that start with the letters DL: Tuesday June 11th.
- Surnames that start with the letters MQ: Wednesday June 12.
- Surnames that start with the letters RZ: Thursday June 13.
- International agreements (includes pensioners of Law 27803): Monday June 17th.
