According to the General State Budget project, the Basque Country will receive 568.8 million euros and will allocate 336.4 million to the works of the High Speed Train. Navarra, for its part, will use 52 million of the 94.1 million that will be assigned to it in this infrastructure.
The draft law of General State Budgets for 2022 contemplates 568.8 million euros for the Basque Country, of which 336.4 million will go to the TAV.
The total figure includes, on the one hand, real investment (489.6 million) and, on the other, capital transfers (indirect investment) for 79.2 million euros. The distribution by territory is 109.89 million for Álava; 196.89 to Gipuzkoa and 182.79 to Bizkaia.
In the planned investments, a total of 325.5 million are destined to the layout of the High-speed train in Euskadi, of which 77.7 is financed by the Basque Government via Quota and another 10.9 correspond to the study and project of the Valladolid-Venta de Baños-Burgos-Vitoria high-speed line.
The ADIF-High Speed line is distributed among 152.78 million planned for the works of the High Speed Line Vitoria-Bilbao-San Sebastián.
Likewise, 94.13 million are included for TEN-T runners (Trans-European Transport Network) to facilitate the communication of people and goods between the Basque Country and the European Union and that will unite, by high speed, the three capitals of the community and bring the Basque Country closer to the rest of the Peninsula and to France.
For performances in the Port of Bilbao, Puertos del Estado foresees investments amounting to 46.54 million, highlighting the 17.42 million foreseen for actions in environmental sustainability and energy and 12 million for the extension of the AZ1 pier. For him Port of Pasaia 18 million are allocated.
On the other hand, the planned investment in the airport sector in the Basque Country it is 13.8 million. Specifically, Aena is investing 13.4 million for a new technical block and remodeling of the Bilbao airport terminal building; 2.5 million to adapt and replace infrastructures in San Sebastián and 0.2 million to Vitoria-Gasteiz.
52 million for the TAV in Navarra
Regarding Navarra, the General State Budgets consign to the Foral Community a total investment of 94.1 million euros, of which 52 million will go to the high-speed train works.
Of that figure, 77.1 million euros are of real investment and the rest, 17 million, corresponds to two capital transfers to the Government of Navarra.
The main investment corresponds to the TAV line Zaragoza-Pamplona-Y Vasca, which has consigned an item of 52 million euros.
In addition, Renfe allocates 4.6 million to interventions such as repairs, actions at stations or traffic safety.
For its part, the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge contemplates investments for Navarra worth 13.9 million euros, of which 10.8 have to do with the Yesa management and another 1.2 million will be used to rebuild the reservoir.
The Ministry of Science and Innovation, through the CSIC, contributes one million euros to the Institute of Agrobiotechnology, while the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda allocates 15 million euros to the works of improvement of the N-121-A road and it does so by means of a capital transfer to the Regional Executive because it has exclusive competence in the matter.
Also using this formula, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism allocates 2 million euros for the National Center for Industrialization and Robotics.
