New AFP 2024 withdrawal: how to request my money and what documents I need to access the disbursement of 4 UIT

Before registering your request, review the documents that you will need to have on hand to access the withdrawal of up to S/20,600 of AFP funds.

Starting next Monday, May 20, the registration of applications to access the withdrawal of up to 4 UIT (S/20,600) from private pension funds will begin, according to the schedule published by the AFP Association. This process will be free through digital media and will be carried out in four fleets, each of up to 1 UIT (S/5,150).

Given the proximity of the set date, thousands of affiliates are looking for information regarding the documents they must have on hand when registering on the portal www.solicitaretiroafp.pe. Remember that, if you submitted your request on the first stipulated date, you will be able to access your funds from Friday, June 14 at the latest.

AFP withdrawal: what documents must you present to release up to 4 UIT?

The AFP Association published on its social networks an institutional video with the data and documents that all members must present when they register their disbursement request. In this sense, financial entities recommend keeping this information updated:

If you live in Peru:

  • National Identity Document (DNI)
  • Web key for your online banking and the password for your AFP, which you will require to carry out online transactions.
  • Address, email and cell phone.
  • Bank account number in one of the following entities:
  1. BanBif
  2. Commerce Bank
  3. Falabella Bank
  4. GNB Bank
  5. Ripley Bank
  6. BBVA
  7. BCP
  8. Huancayo Box
  9. Sullana Box
  10. Interbank
  11. Scotiabank

If you live abroad:

  • ID, web password, address, email and cell phone.
  • Foreign bank account details:
  1. Name of the bank and city of origin, and the name with which you are registered in the bank.
  2. Currency and account type, and account number.
  3. Image of a bank document proving that the account is yours.
  4. Codes: 1) SWIFT or BIC, 2) ABA OR IBAN and 3) CLABE OR Transit number. Additionally, for Chilean accounts, the RUT; Argentina, the CBU; and Australia, the BSB.
  5. If your bank has an intermediary in Peru for transfers: name, country, city, account number and SWIFT or ABA number of the intermediary bank.

What is the last digit of my ID to access the AFP withdrawal?

The last digit of the DNi is the one located in the upper right part of the document. Next, check how to locate this number if you have a blue or electronic DNI:

  1. Blue ID (conventional): have your document at hand and locate the word DNI in the upper right corner where your number appears. After a middle dash, a last number appears, which is the verification digit of your DNI.
  2. electronic ID: If you have a DNIe issued until 2019, you can locate the verification digit in the upper left, after the eight numbers of your document. If you have a DNIe issued since 2020, you can locate the verification digit in the upper right, after the eight numbers of your document.

Check the AFP withdrawal SCHEDULE, according to the last digit of your DNI

The registration of applications for the withdrawal of the AFP It will begin on May 20, 2024 and will end in August of this year. In the same way as in previous disbursements, registrations will have to be entered according to the last number of each citizen’s DNI. In addition, there are three days in which each group can begin this process and a fourth period that will be carried out without any established order:

  1. If your ID ends in 1, register your withdrawal request on May 20 and 21, and June 18.
  2. If your ID ends in 2, register your withdrawal request on May 22 and 23, and June 19.
  3. If your ID ends in 3, register your withdrawal request on May 24 and 27, and June 20.
  4. If your ID ends in 4, register your withdrawal request on May 28 and 29, and June 21.
  5. If your ID ends in 5, register your withdrawal request on May 30 and 31, and June 24.
  6. If your ID ends in 6, register your withdrawal request on June 3, 4 and June 25.
  7. If your ID ends in 7, register your withdrawal request on June 5 and 6, and June 26.
  8. If your ID ends in 8, register your withdrawal request on June 10 and 11, and June 27.
  9. If your ID ends in 9, register your withdrawal request on June 12 and 13, and June 28.
  10. If your ID ends in 0, letter or other, register your withdrawal request on June 14 and 17, and July 1.
  11. Between July 2 and August 17, register your request in no established order.
