On May 3, the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS), published SBS resolution No. 01623-2024, in which The procedure was approved so that AFP members can withdraw up to S/20,600 from their pension funds. To do this, an application must be submitted starting May 20, where an official website will be enabled for the withdrawal of money from the AFPs. The process established by the SBS contemplates 4 disbursements, in which the contributor may receive up to 1 UIT in each of them.

The schedule also indicates that the maximum date for the Pension Fund Associations (AFP) can make the first deposit is June 14. These deadlines will depend on the day the applicant submits their form to their respective AFPsince the regulations approved by the S.B.S. gives a period of 30 calendar days for the first disbursement to be made. Likewise, the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP points out that the companies in charge of pension funds must implement a platform that ensures the correct registration of their members’ requests.

According to the protocol approved by the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS)to be part of the disbursement process of up to S/20,600, the member must submit a withdrawal request in the following LINK. This platform will be enabled by all AFP: Habitat, Profuturo, Prima and Integra, starting May 20.

This application only needs to be done once and it will be at the beginning of each process, as established in the schedule published by the AFP Association. To do this, this entity divided the registration of applications depending on the last DNI number. Below, we present the table with the dates:
