What did Interbank say?
The company has spoken out via social networks through the following message. “Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, we have detected that some consumptions have been duplicated and could temporarily affect the balance of your account, we guarantee that your balances are safe. We are working to solve it as soon as possible”you can read.

Indecopi speaks out after customer complaints
The National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi) reported that, through the entity’s Supervision Directorate, monitoring was initiated to “collect information regarding various complaints from Interbank users”.
