The debate on the opinions that authorize the free disposal of 100% of the Compensation for Time of Service (CTS) until December 31, 2024 already has a date. The Board of Spokespersons of Congress decided to prioritize its discussion in the Plenary Session that will take place this Thursday, May 2.
Let us remember that these legislative proposals were approved in mid-April in the Labor and Economy commissions. If a majority of parliamentarians vote in the Legislative Assembly, the release of the CTS will be in the hands of the Executive Branch, which could observe it or authorize its promulgation in the newspaper El Peruano.
