Withdrawal 4 UIT from the AFP: when does the return of my money begin?

By majority, the Plenary Session of the Congress of the Republic approved a new withdrawal of up to 4 UIT (S/20,600) from the individual capitalization accounts of the AFPs.

Whats Next? The signature of the law, once drafted, must be sent to the Executive Branch’s parties table.

Enacted at the beginning of May: the most optimistic scenario

In the case of referring to the office of President Dina Boluarte on Monday, April 15, 15 days must pass for the president to make a statement, whether in favor or against. And, if it receives the approval of the Executive in that period, by the beginning of May it would be official in El Peruano

Then, the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) has another 15 days to regulate, and as the history dictates, always on the edge of the maximum period, The criteria for the withdrawal of funds from the AFP would be for the second half of May.

It is there where the AFPs come in to carve and manage their payment schedules and indicate the procedure so that members can process withdrawals: 30 days later, the first delivery would be given. In the last few hours, private administrators have reminded users that the withdrawal cannot yet be made and will keep those interested up to date on the dates. Thus, for the second half of June the first disbursement of the 4 UITs would be made.

It is worth adding that the first payment will be 1 UIT (S/5,150) 30 days after the request; the second ITU, after the same period and so on until completing the S/20,600.

If Dina Boluarte observes the autograph, it must return to the Congressional committees involved in its preparation and then to the Plenary Session, where, at the insistence, the seventh withdrawal of the AFP would see the light. And, with the procedures mentioned above, the first payment would be given in July.
