Techo Propio launches first call 2024 for up to S/30,900 to build in Sitio Propio

The Peruvian Government approved the first call at the national level of the Techo Propio Program for the year 2024, which will grant up to 26,726 Family Housing Bonds (BFH) in the modality of Construction of Homes on Own Site (CSP), whose value of the bond amounts to S /30,900.

Resolution No. 118-2024-HOUSING of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) determines that the bonus is aimed at the population that meets the requirements established in the Operating Regulations to access the BFH in the Housing Construction modality in Own Site.

The MVCS reported that the regions that will receive the most bonuses from the MiVivienda Fund will be La Libertad (2,339), Ica (2,056), San Martín (2,715) and Piura (2,885), according to the following table:

Techo Propio 2024: what date does registration begin?

Registration to access the bonus that the Peruvian Government provides to build in Sitio Propio begins next Friday, April 26, and will last 5 business days until Friday, May 3.

The Mivivienda Fund (FMV) verifies compliance with the requirements declared by the Family Groups within a period of up to 15 business days, counting from the day following the close of registration of the Family Groups.

It should be noted that verification of compliance with requirements is carried out on the number of registered Family Groups until an additional 30% of the BFH called is reached.

Within the period of 45 calendar days, counted from the publication of the Eligible Family Groups, the Technical Entities (ET) present the project registration files of the Eligible Family Groups that they will serve.

After the indicated period has passed, Eligible Family Groups whose project registration files have not been entered into the FMV can be attended to by another ET.

What are the requirements to access the Own Roof BFH?

To participate in this call, Family groups must have independent land or air free of charges and encumbrances and that the head of the family receives economic income below S/2,706 per month.

Furthermore, according to the regulations established by the Ministry of Housing for the issuance of the BFH, beneficiary families must contribute a savings of S/2,317.5, an amount that is equivalent to 0.45% of the UIT.
