The congressman from Somos Perú, Bernardo Pazo Nunura, presented this Thursday a new bill that would allow the tenth withdrawal of Compensation for time of service (CTS).
Although the effects of the El Niño phenomenon were less than expected, bill 7358/2023-CR maintains that a new withdrawal is justified based on the damage caused during the climate emergency.
Likewise, he points out that, among the factors to apply for a new withdrawal from the CTS, are the social upheaval and the economic crisis faced by the population in the midst of the recession.
The Pazo Nunura proposal seeks that the withdrawal in 2024 can take place until December 31. It should be noted that the CTS is deposited twice a year: May and November.
