Along these lines, statuettes and articles for ceramic ornaments accounted for 72.2% of shipments. This includes ceramic nativity scenes, nativity scenes in burnt matte, ceramic ornaments, nativity scenes in glass bottles, among others, which came mainly from Lima, Callao and Ayacucho.
Finally, ADEX specified that “the recovery in demand for these items in international markets is once again a business opportunity for Peruvian artisans, who expect 2022 with higher orders.”
