The benefits will be granted until February 28, 2022, the date until which the ERTEs associated with the pandemic were extended.
The Euskadi Social Dialogue Table has agreed this Tuesday to extend for the fourth time the complements of 100 or 150 euros per month for Affected by Records of Employment Regulation (ERTE) that have contribution bases of less than 20,000 euros per year.
The extension of the ERTE associated with the pandemic until February 28, 2022 It was approved at the end of September after the Spanish Government reached an agreement with the employers and trade unions.
At that time the Minister of Labor and Employment, Idoia Mendia, already announced that the supplements would be extended until that same date and today the Social Dialogue Table (of which the Basque Government, Confebask, CCOO and UGT are part) has validated the measure, with which Euskadi is the only autonomous community to maintain that benefit.
In the first call for these complements to the ERTE, referring to the period July-September 2020, they were presented 8,548 requests, of which 6,010 were accepted.
The second call (October 2020-January 2021) brought together 6,316 requests. 4,645 have been resolved but 274 are pending due to lack of data, since Lanbide is waiting to receive the documentation from the State Employment Service (SEPE).
In the third call, corresponding to the February-May period of this year, they received 1,275 requests, all of them pending resolution in the coming weeks once the SEPE validates them. The fourth call (June-September 2021) closed on October 8 with 1,398 applications.
