This ranking includes a total of 65 companies, but is based on the evaluation of more than 200. It highlights Cisco Systems Perú, Hilton and Virú SA in the categories of 10 to 250 employees, 251 to 1,000 employees and more than 1,000 employees. respectively. Featured companies share key qualities that make them ideal places to work. Leadership’s ability to foster communication and value team ideas stands out, creating a positive work environment and promoting pride and belonging.
“With regard to leadership, employees have expressed that their leaders could develop more listening skills, while, in 2023, the characteristic that was most relevant, in the view of employees, was feedback. On the other hand, the self-esteem of the individual work of the collaborators was stronger, which generates pride and a sense of belonging to the organization,” explained Milagros Zegarra, CEO of Great Place To Work Perú, at the presentation event.

Great Place To Work Perú has used the Trust Index survey and the Culture Audit questionnaire in more than 200 organizations, between October 2022 and September 2023. This meticulous process has allowed 65 leading companies to be highlighted with exceptional work environments.
It is important to emphasize that 11 companies entered this 2024 ranking for the first time. In addition, this list includes 5 more companies than last year.
