The entity also specified that it has been working on a series of digital services aimed at employers and entrepreneurs, so that they can request and access training and technical guidance, which will strengthen and promote labor formality.

How to make a complaint?

First of all, you must download the application Sunafil in your hands from Play Store. Once inside, enter the Virtual Complaint section, where you must enter company information and your personal data (ID, date and district of birth, cell phone and email).

You should keep in mind that although you will record your information, You will have the option of keeping your identity confidential so that your case is confidential and to avoid possible retaliation from the company.

Likewise, you will be asked to describe the reasons for the complaint and you will be able to attach the evidence or documents that support it. If you have them, you can enter files in different formats (PDF, PNG, JPG and JPEG).
