Banco de la Nación offers mortgage loans to public employees and retirees in Peru. Those who wish to access these loans must meet certain requirements, such as having at least one year of work experience, receiving monthly income greater than S/800, being between 18 and 74 years and 6 months old, and having a “normal” qualification. “in the financial system.
