They launch the LanApp application to bring Lanbide closer to people and companies

It will be office number 43 and according to the Employment Minister, Idoia Mendia, it will allow access to all the services offered by Lanbide from any mobile device. Presence will remain exactly the same in the other 42 offices of the network

The Vice President and Minister of Employment, Idoia Mendia, has presented LanApp, a pioneering project that would allow access to all the services offered by Lanbide from any mobile device.

The counselor has advanced this Thursday that the initiative will serve to “bring Lanbide closer to people and companies“since it will allow anyone to access from a mobile device all the services currently offered by the Basque Employment Service in 42 face-to-face offices of the network.

In this way, Lanbide goes one step further with the launch of LanApp, the Virtual Office, which becomes number 43 on the network.

The Virtual Office, which will be operational in the month of January, is a pioneering project in the Basque administration and almost in the entire Spanish State, since only Catalonia and Aragon have similar relationship models.

“We are not talking about a telematic relationship, but about comprehensive care such as that provided in any of the offices, but with a personalized service accessible from anywhere,” stressed the Vice President, who added that the presence will be maintained exactly the same in the other 42 offices of the network.

Mendia has insisted that, with this initiative, “we will be able to access all the services that Lanbide offers us from our telephone. With a specific person who will guide us to find what we need: help, a job proposal, a professional itinerary or a training resource “.

This service has had an investment of 500,000 euros for start-up, and it is planned to allocate another half a million euros in 2022 to its progressive deployment.
