He Seized Assets Program (Pronabi) announced that it will hold a public auction of 22 properties, such as commercial premises, land, homes, among other properties in Lima, Chiclayo, Chimbote, Tacna, Trujillo and Tumbes. Likewise, it announced a different date to auction a total of 14 vehicles.
The entity annexed to the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (MINJUSDH) will offer these assets to the highest bidder, the same ones that were confiscated and/or declared extinct in the framework of processes for crimes against the Peruvian State.
When and where will the Pronabi auction be?
The auction of real estate and vehicles Pronabi will take place on January 25 and 26, 2024, at the auditorium of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rightswhose address is Calle Scipión Llona 350, in the Miraflores district, at 10:00 am, under the ‘out loud’ mode.
Pronabi: how to participate in the auction?
- Access the official portal and download the bases for this public contest.
- Make sure you comply with what is indicated mainly in numerals 14 and 15 of the bases.
- Between January 15 and 19 you must register as a bidder. If you are looking to acquire a property you must enter your information in this link. If what you want is to buy some of the vehicles offered, register here.
- Once you have completed the indicated steps, present the requested documents at the entity’s party table between January 15 and 19.
- If you completed all the steps correctly, wait to be contacted either by call or email and receive confirmation that you were accepted as a qualified bidder or that your documentation has any observations.
