Likewise, it is specified that natural or legal persons who are registered in the Reinfo and who carry out exploitation mining activity in a current mining concession, have a maximum period of 90 calendar days to submit to the Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem). , the exploitation or transfer contract, duly registered in the public records, signed with the holder of the mining concession. People who fail to comply with the provisions automatically stop being part of the Reinfo.
It has also been empowered National Police of Peru (PNP) to carry out interdiction actions against the natural or legal person who carries out any mining activity with suspended registration in the Reinfo, using explosive devices or materials, without having the corresponding authorization. The people who are carrying out these activities cease to be part of the Reinfo with the communication made by the PNP to Minem.
