The tourist guides and artisans of Peru have until this Saturday, December 30 to come to the National bank and carry out the respective collection of the economic subsidy of S/800 that the State has been granting to reactivate the key workers of the tourism chain.
Once December 30 has passed, tourist guides and artisans will no longer be able to collect the financial subsidy, unless Mincetur decides to extend the deadline these days.
Scope
The universe of beneficiaries amounts to 27,280 tourist guidesgraduates in this field who carry out the activity of tourist guiding, mountain guides, hiking guides and artisans at the national level, who carry out activities independently, as specified by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur).
Those who wish to know if they are part of this registry must enter the virtual platform that is hosted on the Mincetur website.
In the case of being an artisan, they must enter their DNI number on the virtual platform. If you are a tour guide, you must enter your Unique Taxpayer Registry (RUC) number.
It is important to mention that the delivery of the subsidy is personal and must be made at the Banco de la Nación windows with the presentation of the DNI and indicating that they have an Electronic Payment Order (OPE) in your name, as long as it appears in the registry of beneficiaries. This procedure does not imply the charging of commissions or expenses..
For this measure, the Government has allocated a budget of S/32 million 92,068. The executing entity is Mincetur.
2.3 million foreign tourists
Between January and November, around 2.3 million international tourists arrived in the country. Mincetur expects that by the end of this year there will be 2.5 million foreign travelers.
The main source markets for international tourists to Peru were Chile, followed by the United States, Ecuador, Colombia and Brazil.
