The dollar exchange rate began to decline this Tuesday, December 19, and was around S/3.7153, according to preliminary data from the Bloomberg currency quotes portal.

The day before, the dollar had started its career at S/3.7675 and then progressed to S/3.7380 at the official closing of the Central Reserve Bank (BCRP).

At the local level, for this year, the supply of turkeys for the Christmas and New Year campaign will be 1 million 621,000, with all production being exclusively national, reported the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri).

A marginal increase of 0.2% showed the price of copper this Tuesday on the London Metal Exchange (BML), closing at US$ 3,827 per pound. The raw material averages US$3,845 per pound so far this year with a drop of 3.8%.
