The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS), through the MiVivienda Fund, launched the call for one thousand Family Housing Bonds (BFH) from the Techo Propio Program, for the year 2023, with resources from the canon of the Regional Government of Arequipa.
Ministerial resolution No. 550-2023-VIVIENDA establishes that the new BFH bonus of up to S/29,700 is applied for the Own Site Construction modality in the department of Arequipa. The resources come from a transfer of S/29.7 million of the canon, made official last November.
The new housing subsidy is aimed at the population that meets the requirements established in the Operating Regulations of said modality, approved by Ministerial Resolution No. 120-2020-HOUSING and amendments; as well as the Technical Entities (ET) with current registration.
When does registration begin for families interested in the new bonus of S/29,700? According to the MVCS, the registration of applicant Family Groups will begin next Tuesday, January 9 (15 business days counting from the day after this resolution).
Registration with the MiVivienda Fund or with the Authorized Centers of the department of Arequipa or Citizen Service Centers of the MVCS at the national level is carried out with the Family Group registration/application form until reaching the same number of summoned BFHs.
“The maximum period of the processes after the execution of Social Interest Housing (VIS), for the correct presentation of the documents required for the release of guarantees, does not exceed ninety calendar days,” the document maintains.
The validity period of the guarantees to be granted by the Technical Entities (ET) is 300 calendar days, which can be extended by request addressed to the FMV and authorized by it.
To extend the deadline for submitting documents for release of guarantees, under the responsibility of the ET, it must present their renewal. If the renewal of the guarantee is not submitted in a timely manner, it will be executed.
