There are only a few weeks left until the end of the year and many members of the Pension Fund Administrators (AFP) want to know if a seventh withdrawal from their AFP will be possible to be able to face the economic crisis that the country is experiencing. Dozens of projects have been presented for this purpose, but one of the latest is being prepared by the Congressional Economic Commission.

AFP Retirement: what is known about a possible seventh retirement?
The Economy Commission already has a new proposal for the withdrawal of AFP, but this is within the pension system reform prediction. The document, which is called ‘Law to Modernize the Peruvian Pension System’, brings together more than 50 bills, which may be debated separately if the congressmen present a prior question, as stated by César Revilla, president of the group of job.
The proposal proposes authorizing the withdrawal of up to S/9,900 (2 UIT)which can only be equivalent to 95% of what is contributed by the affiliate, since the remaining 5% is transferred by the AFP to EsSalud.
