Fonavi 2023: who would be a priority to collect their contributions?

According to article 10 of Law 31928, the ad hoc Commission will give priority to:

  • People over 60 years.
  • People registered with the National Council for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (Conadis).
  • People with serious or terminal illnesses, whether they are owners or relatives.

The refund of contributions will be delivered to the Fonavista holder or his duly accredited representative. In the event of death, priority will be given to:

  1. Surviving spouse or member of the de facto union, minor children and children with permanent total disabilities accredited by Conadis.
  2. Children of legal age.
  3. Parents.
  4. Siblings.

If there is no presence of the aforementioned persons, the return will be made to those who prove that they are debtors of the deceased Fonavista through intestate or testamentary succession.
