The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) approved this Saturday the regulations of Law 31888, which establishes the Regime for Rescheduling Payment of Pension Contributions to the Pension Funds of the Private System of Administration of Pension Funds owed by Public Entities (Repro AFP III).

In detail, debts for pension contributions to the SPP fund accrued until December 31, 2022, whose retention is subject to the provisions of article 34 of the TUO of the SPP law and which were not canceled in due course by the entities.
