Tourist guides and artisans can now collect the bonus of S/800

The delivery of this subsidy will take place between November 28 and December 4 of this year. Some 28,786 professionals in the sector will benefit, according to Mincetur.

The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur) published the official payment schedule of S/800 for 28,786 tourist guides, graduates in Tourism, who carry out the activity of tourist guiding, mountain guides, hiking guides and artisans. The objective is to provide economic support to the key actors in the tourism chain, according to the entity.

To access the collection of the financial subsidy, professionals must approach any agency of the National bank and indicate that you have an electronic payment order (OPE) in your name. Payments will be made taking into account the last digit of the DNI, between November 28 and December 4.

What are the requirements to access the S/800 bonus?

To be a beneficiary of the subsidy, you must comply with the following:

  • If you’re tourist guide or Graduate in Tourism who carries out the activity of tourist guidingas well as the mountain guides, You must have a valid registration as of December 31, 2022, before the Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism or the one that takes its place from the regional government. This registry is published in the National Directory of Qualified Tourist Service Providers of Mincetur.
  • If you’re hiking guideyou must be registered with the Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism or the one that takes its place in the regional government, as of December 31, 2022.
  • Tourist guides, tourism graduates who carry out the tourist guiding activity, mountain guides, and hiking guides, They must be in active status in the Single Taxpayer Registry (RUC) and have the status of tax domicile as of December 31, 2022..
