The Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 234-2021-CD / OSIPTEL It expressly points out that the Telefónica company would have failed to comply with the commitment to improve the CCS indicator presented for the San Juan de la Virgen and La Peca populated centers, during the second half of 2018.
