He Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) approved the fortieth ninth call of the year 2023 for the granting of 483 Housing Leasing Bonds for Emergencies (BAE), through Ministerial Resolution No. 501-2023-HOUSING.
The beneficiaries are those affected by collapsed and uninhabitable homes, as a result of intense rainfall, located in some districts of the province of Chiclayo, in the department of Lambayeque. These districts were declared in a State of Emergency by Supreme Decree No. 029-2023-PCM and Supreme Decree No. 034-2023-PCM, and in a State of National Emergency by Supreme Decree No. 043-2023-PCM, extended by Supreme Decree No. 065-2023-PCM.
In detail, the distribution of the bonds by district are: 22 bonds in Cayalti, 92 in Chiclayo, 12 in Eten, 5 in José Leonardo Ortiz, 13 in La Victoria, 68 in Lagunas, 79 in Patapo, 72 in Pimentel, 78 in Pucala, 33 in Tuman and 9 in Saña, all of them located in Chiclayo, province of Lambayeque.
How much is the bonus and when can it be collected?
The value of the BAE is S/ 500 and is granted monthly for a maximum period of up to two years.
Potential beneficiaries must present, within a maximum period of thirty business days from the publication of the Ministerial Resolution, the following documents signed by the Representative of the Family Group: application for granting of the Emergency Leasing Bonus (BAE), sworn statement confirming the absence of another home apart from the one affected in Lambayeque, rental contract with signatures legalized by a justice of the peace or notary public and, if necessary, sworn statement explaining economic difficulties to legalize the signatures.
The date of the first payment of the BAE in the Banco de la Nación will be disclosed on the FMV and MVCS websites. In addition, the FMV will inform this date to the Municipalities of the districts mentioned in the summary of the BAE call within the Ministerial Resolution, as well as to the Citizen Service Centers of the MVCS, Lambayeque Headquarters.
