Close to Creole Song Day, the demand for Creole dishes such as lomo Saltado, ají de gallina, causa, anticuchos, pachamanca, cau cau, among others, is expected to double.

Thus, several Creole food restaurants expect their sales to grow up to 45% compared to a regular day thanks to the orders placed, according to the Latin American multivertical platform Rappi.

According to Stefano Delfino, head of Restaurants for Rappi Peru, more than 300 establishments expect an increase in their orders for this weekend and the first days of November.

The cities that consume the most are Lima, Arequipa, Trujillo and Piura, especially during the weekend, with an average ticket of more than S/65. Additionally, the preferred time to place orders is between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm
