The debate, which was settled in a second vote with 95 votes in favor, 19 against and 2 abstentions, It must now be endorsed by the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo, within the next 15 days. “Normally, holidays are declared with a law. At some point, they were raised by decree at the time of COVID-19, in the previous Government. Beyond that, there is no other requirement of the standard.
