According to the agreement signed between the parties, it was specified that to make the delivery of S/600 to public workers, the Executive Branch had to approve a norm with the force of law for the resources to be authorized. In this sense, a few weeks ago the Government submitted the bill that approves supplementary credits, which incorporates—in the final complementary provisions—the granting of a exceptional bonus for the state.

Currently, the bill submitted by the Executive Branch is being discussed in the Budget Commission. Thus, once the opinion is approved, it can be submitted to the Plenary Session of Congress for debate and eventual approval. If approved by the Legislature, the Government must enact the law, which will make it possible for the delivery of the S/600 bonus to public sector workers to be effective.
