The Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE), by means of the Supreme Resolution No. 022-2023-TR, accepted the resignation of Flor Marina Cruz Rodríguez as superintendent of the National Superintendence of Labor Supervision (Sunafil) and thanked him for the services provided.
Likewise, through the Supreme Resolution No. 023-2023-TRwas appointed Freddy José María Solano Gonzales as the new superintendent of the institution. The rule bears the signature of the head of the MTPE, Daniel Maurate Romero, and the president Dina Boluarte.
According to his LinkedIn profile, the new superintendent is a lawyer from the National University of Trujillo and a master in Labor and Social Security Law.
Likewise, since 2017, Solano Gonzales has served as Deputy Superintendent of Sanctions of Metropolitan Lima at Sunafil. In addition, he has been an advisor and coordinator of the superintendency office and held the position of mayor of Metropolitan Lima.
