Until December 31 of next year, micro and small companies (mypes) will be able to obtain the Digital Tax Certificate for free, which will facilitate their incorporation into electronic invoicing, according to the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat).
With this certificate the mypes will be able to access the electronic broadcast and will be able to identify themselves digitally within the framework of the massification process of Electronic Payment Vouchers (CPE), in accordance with the eighty-fifth complementary provision of the Public Sector Budget Law for the year 2022.
At the end of the first semester of 2022, all the companies will be within the Electronic Issuance System (SEE) and therefore the expansion to obtain the certificate will benefit thousands of mypes throughout the country that must become electronic issuers next year.
Sunat reported that since February last year has delivered more than 72,000 free certificates to the mypes with a validity of three years.
