The Executive Branch has proposed to deliver a bonus of S/550 exceptionally to the workers of the national and regional teams of the Ministry of Culture (Mincul) with the purpose of “revaluing” the activity they carry out, representing the country at the national and international level and promoting the construction and dissemination of the Peruvian identity. The initiative has been included in the request for supplementary credit sent to the Congress of the Republic for evaluation and approval.
This measure would be applied from the Mincul budget for a total amount of S/75,350 in favor of the 137 servants of the national and regional castes of the regime of Legislative Decree No. 276.
To receive the bonus of S/550, workers must have an employment relationship and be registered in the Computer Application for the Centralized Registry of Payrolls and Data of Human Resources of the Public Sector (AIRHSP) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF). ) on the date of entry into force of the standard.
It should be noted that, in July of this year, the Union of National Casts of the Ministry of Culture carried out a musical sit-in outside the MEF to demand that their labor rights be respected, since, despite belonging to the 276 regime, They are treated as part of the special regime, which prevents them from receiving benefits such as bonuses, among others.
At the time, the MEF promised to send a bill to make the necessary specifications so that workers can access the benefits to which they are entitled. Meanwhile, Mincul thanked him for his support and commitment to these servers.
