Bill 5965, presented this Wednesday, September 20, proposes modifying article 3 of Law 31301, which establishes the measures for access to a proportional pension as follows:

Congressman Bellido’s initiative must go through the evaluation of the Congressional committees before reaching the Plenary Session for debate and voting.
