SBS dissolves 8 savings and credit cooperatives

The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) yesterday declared the dissolution of eight savings and credit cooperatives (Coopac) because they are inactive, that is, they have not submitted their financial statements for two consecutive periods within a period of one year.

The dissolved entities are Coopac Negocios (Moquegua), Coopac De los Trabajadores de Productos Avon Ltda (Lima), Coopac De los Collaboradores de Natura Cosmticos SA Limitada (Callao), Coopac Credialtoque Perú Limitada (Puno), Coopac Cash Global del Perú ( Lima), Coopac Ayni (Cusco), Coopac Eurocredit Limitada (Puno) and Coopac San Antonio (San Martín).

Critical situation
