The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (S.B.S.) declared this Friday, September 15, the dissolution of eight savings and credit cooperatives due to the causes of inactivity.
The dissolved financial entities are the Savings and Credit Cooperative BusinessAssociation of savings and credits From the Workers of Avon Ltda ProductsAssociation of savings and credits From the Collaborators of Natura Cosmticos SA LimitadaAssociation of savings and credits Credialtoque Perú LimitadaAssociation of savings and credits Cash Global of PeruAssociation of savings and credits AyniAssociation of savings and credits Eurocredit Limited and the Savings and Credit Cooperative Saint Anthony.
From this date, it is prohibited to initiate judicial or administrative proceedings against him for the collection of debts owed to him, to pursue the execution of judicial resolutions issued against him, to constitute liens on any of his assets to guarantee the obligations that concern him, make payments, advances or compensation, or assume obligations on her behalf, with the funds or assets that belong to her and are in the possession of third parties and constitute a precautionary measure against her assets.
In all cases, the SBS also appointed the temporary administrators of the dissolving cooperatives. These will be in charge of registering the resolution that declared the dissolution of the entity in the corresponding Public Registry; as well as take immediate possession of all the assets of the cooperative, ordering that the titles, securities, contracts, books, files, or any other document and anything belonging to it be delivered; in addition to signing the minutes containing the transfer of these assets, among other functions.
Submission to Intervention Regime
On the other hand, the SBS also declared the submission to the Intervention Regime of the Savings and Credit Cooperative La Solution de Arequipa LTDA because it was subject to the cause of total loss of the social capital and the cooperative reserve established in the current regulations.
Likewise, it appointed the main and alternate auditors, who on behalf of the SBS will carry out the necessary acts to carry out the intervention, in accordance with the provisions of the General Law, Coopac Law, the Regulation of Special Regimes and other applicable regulations.
